I don't get this. If Andy's mom was taken away for saying Chucky was alive,  then wouldn't the Sheriff and Deputy From Child's Play 1 be taken away also..? & there was also Chucky's burnt body left, as evidence...

@Markers2014 At the start of the movie, they said "The cops were smart, they denied everything so now they can't hurt us" and then the proceed to talk about how Andy's mom insisted the doll was alive. As for the body, what does a burnt doll prove? I could burn one of my daughters dolls and it wouldn't prove it was alive.

The toy factory themselves did extensive testing on the dolls body once it was recovered and said they found nothing wrong with the wires, voice cassette etc.

@ChuckyFE Because you know the Chucky had been bleeding when he was shot, so therefore he was partly human. Can you tell me about any dolls that bleed human blood.?

So they cook up a story and say Pvt.Shelton went crazy and replaced the "paintball rounds" with "live rounds" and leave young Pvt.Tyler out of the story. After Andy and Kristen leave Military School they are never seen again...the fate of Young Tyler is never known...Chuck in the Extra's on the DVD of seed of Chucky says. "One day i'll get Andy"

@ChuckyFE The blame for the Death of Maggie Peterson fell on Karen Barclay. She lived the remaining years of her life institutionalized for Backing her son's Story. Office Mike Norris and Officer Jack Santos denied everything about Chucky and soon after left the force and are never seen again. The blood at the Crime scene could have been confused with the blood of Officer Norris due to his many stab wounds, Play Pals Inc.secured the remains of Chucky and rebuilt him in Child's play 2.

Kyle should have been on Child's Play 3. Of all the Child's Play franchise, that one was the worst! The only thing I liked about it was when they were at the carnival. They removed all the original cast even Andy (and I mean Alex Vincent), which I think was one of the reasons why it suffered bad.

What was the thing (obviously part of Chucky, but specifically what?) floating on that bubbly water that recreated his face? And another, I don't get how people don't really like Child's Play 2 that much. Though the first movie was exceptionally brilliant and terrifying, I think these two should be likewise. Honestly, when I was a child, I preferred the sequel than the first Child's Play.
