This is my version of another fantastic Barbershop song made famous by the Bluegrass Student Union! I did this one by ear again, using the version on the album "Sunshine" by Simon Rylander!! Which is something every (Barbershop) music lover should buy, because it's a fantastic album!! I did this one a whole tone higher again (just like my Let's get started tag). I decided to enlarge the tag, since I absolutely love the verses of this song, so I added one of those as well.

I hope you enjoy it. Any comment is very much appreciated and is as always more than welcome!!

  • You're lead sounds fantastic. The way you nail those high notes at the beginning have a lot of personality to them (at least that's how I describe it). Really enjoyed this one!

  • thanks a lot! I actually recorded this one, because I was so amazed by the ending. It sounded like everybody shifted at a different moment. That's barbershop for ya ;)

  • You NAILED that tag! It's a difficult one and you nailed it!

  • Thank's a lot man!

  • The clock in the background shows the same time in each of the four frames-- Nice touch!

  • Wow! I wish there was more than 'one thumb up' to press for this one!

  • Very nice!!

    Greets from Brazil!

  • that was really cool, cause i can feel the rythmn lol i wish i can make my own multitrack haha.

  • Yes! Stretch the "ah"

  • Great tag! Let me share a barbershop trick though. Barbershop singers use diphthongs to cheat there way into using "ah" sounds as much as possible--this is the ultimate vowel sound for powerhouse chords.

When you sing "Night" try singing "Naaaaaaaah-eeeht". That is, hold an "ah" sound for the majority of the vowel and close it with a momentary long "e" sound just before the "t". The result just might blow your mind.

  • Good job - I especially liked the "flow" in the beginning!

  • haha great, thanks a lot!!
