you can tell from his onstage demeanor how uncomfortable in his own skin he must've been. but what a tremendous voice. basically his range was limitless. how many people can do a spot on imitation of nat king cole and follow it up with a spot on impersonation of stevie wonder circa 1978? this guy lifts my spirits and saddens me to no end at the same time.
