some people are not fluid in this moves and they do not realize you need to keep your knees bent.. then the move can be centralized and you will not need to sway side to side with the move.. keep the feet firm, the hips loose but controlled and always use the knees to bend back and forth as the hips drop alternativly in a horizontal figure 8..

Love this woman's videos - nice, clear and simple. I just wish she'd take a couple of seconds at the end to show each move at full speed to give a clearer idea of fluidity etc.
