Playing an ESP Crying Star Rebel

I went to an ESP shop in Hiroshima and got to play a Syu signature Crying Star Rebel. The playing is not so good, but being able to try this guitar out was great!

Oh my god tell me what was the neck joint like? Was the bolt like a Fender with a huge block? or was it like an Ibanez RG? I'm considering ordering the Edwards E-CS-160 but i don't wanna make any moves before i know everything about the guitar. It has 27 frets but are they easy to get to?

its more like the RG, but not really the same

when i play bolt ons i always get that "chunky" feeling especailly when playing high up the nech, but i get a much better feeling with this guitar, i prefer neck thru guitars and for that i have an ESP horizon NT-II, but if you want a high quality ESP with that type of shape then i recommend this guitar

I mention the ESP horizon cause if you are interested in ESPs i recommend trying to play some of those too.

Japanese made ESP's are the way to go

dude your playing was good, don't mind those people with bad comments, if they would've been guitar players they must've known that playing a different guitar takes some time to get used to, and being there at the shop can make you a bit nervous, plus recording a vid... i think you played it good, specially the silent revelation part, and lucky bastard i'd love to play one of those!!! ;)
