Harvesting pepper seeds is economical, satisfying, and is also super fun and simple to do. All you need to do is grab your bell peppers, or jalapeño peppers, and remove the seeds like so, keeping this all intact. And using a knife, just simply remove all these seeds. And keep them inside of a bowl, go ahead and dry them for about three days. You can tell that they're dry because they're able to snap in half really easily. Then, take your dried seeds and place them into a labeled envelope. I like to put the date and the pepper variety right on top. Place your seeds straight inside of the envelope. Then you can store this guy for up to three years and when next Spring rolls around, you have some beautiful bell peppers to plant.
