i got an creative zen with 16gb
have no problems the only thing was that i had to reset one time but that no problem cuz no songs/vids/pics and so on.. get lost

sansa. my zen crashed right after warranty went out, my brother's view is almost 2 years still running

SAME HERE! my zen keeps locking up whenever I try to turn it off or play a song, and my V plus still works for over a year and a half (even though I lost It and I think someone stole it)

it's durable, but it crashes. mine broke, but not physically. it just doesn't work ):
I might have to go back to the I-pod... at least it was durable.

can someone tell me how durable is this thing? cuz i drop my mp3s several times and my zen v plus is durable (thank God!) i also wouldnt mind buying a safety cover, will the screen crack at the first drop?

u got bad luck! my zen v plus has lasted for over a year and a half, still using it

creative zens suck!!!!! I bought an 8 gb and it stopped working after a few months they had horrible techinical assistance and it cost me money to call about a refund it wasn't a toll free number! after i recieved my replacement mp3 player i had the same problem with it about 3 weeks after igot it iam still waiting for my 2nd replacement
