drutter's 2012 predictions

Thank you to those who were part of the discussion again this year. By taking an active role, and I mean by doing more than just pushing the "thumbs up" button and/or commenting "good video", you are part of the solution to the problem which is a corrupt and evil system. Let's make 2012 the year we do more than we've ever done. Let's act as though our freedom and way of life depend on it.

It would be awesome if Paul were president. However, if he got elected, the powers-that-be would either try to buy him off, or failing that, he would probably have an unfortunate and mysterious accident that took him out of the game, or his time in office would be cut short due to something even worse. He is too big a threat to the military industrial complex's profiteers, and to banks; I doubt they'd stand by and let him carry out his promises.

RP knows that, has known it since he decided to go down this road. He said tonight when accepting a close 2nd place to Romney in New Hampshire, that he and everybody that supports his message ARE indeed very dangerous - to the establishment and the status quo. He's a really intelligent person, who knows history, and has had years to prepare for his presidency. I support his right to put himself in harm's way, just as he supports my right to do the same.

@drutter I'm selfish though drutter. I dont want to vote for RP and see him get clipped by someone from the complex. For my own selfish reasons, I hope RP loses the race and can remain a powerful voice on the sidelines rather than a muted voice laying in a graveyard somewhere.

If you're not voting for RP for selfish reasons, you're misleading yourself, for if he WERE ever murdered, he would become a martyr more famous and powerful than any for decades. The best thing that could happen to his message is for him to be "silenced", because it would do exactly the opposite.

RP is asking for your vote, knowing fully what it means.

These are 2012 predictions. When Ron Paul wins the election in late 2012 he will take office at the beginning of 2013. Pay more attention and you won't accidentally call a fail when there wasn't one. :)

It will be interesting to see how many years the "extinction date" moved forward per dollar increase in spot price. Unfortunately, the one year lag-time doesn't give us a current "extinction date" but it's certainly beyond 2019 with the current spot price at $30. USGS defines silver reserves as: "That part of the reserve base which could

be economically extracted or produced at the time of determination."

The statistic for silver extinction in 2019 comes from the January 2010 USGS report which discusses data for 2009 when silver prices averaged $13.37 and peaked at $15.94. Spot price has since doubled, thus increasing the amount of reserves by definition. Silver in reserves is a "floating" number and changes as a function of spot vs production costs.

Happy New Year Drutter! My Ag predictions are overall low prices for the most of year, an escalation with conflict with Iran will bring a new level of price but it will plateau because the US Government will not let it get full blown prior to the Election. The price in precious metals will take off after the Election regardless of who gets elected; If RP from hope, anyone else out of fear.

I talked to the USGS. they actually didn't predict that. It came from Adrian Douglas at GATA.

ur a good guy and generally pretty clear thinking - but bud - dont predict exact dates for major events - NO ONE does that for a good reason - ie unless you have specific info there's no way to calculate it that fine.

i will sign off by repeating my point that you are generally very clear thinking - perhaps given to emotionalism embellishments from time to time - but thats your gain - feeling is living! Go son!
