Noo000. Having her there is absolutely the perfect seasoning to this video. There's a whole lot unsaid just in the way she looks at him. It's good! And I learned something about knife sharpening. And now I don't have to feel guilty about not knowing how to use a stone. I like my non-electric Chef's Choice now better than I did before....

I don't think that sharpening a knife with a whetstone is too difficult or to time consuming for the home cook.
