Is it better to wait until the caulk dries the second time, or is it just as good to put the tape on while it's still wet?

thanks for this! I ordered some tanglefoot applied it with the flagging type on my citrus. it had thousands of fire ants crawling it. They are now stopped after a couple days and moved on. it also HAD citrus Weevil that climbed up the trunk and they are stopped now. after an organic soapy water spray and this tree is back to good health.

Thank you very much for this video. I have always wondered how to get rid of ants from my citrus trees so I did a little research and discovered the use of tanglefoot. But it was very unclear to me how to apply it until now. This was very helpful!! Thanks again!
