  • It would be more helpful to see his FULL body while he is doing the movement. Why did you shoot his feet and hands separately?..

  • no one explains this for me to understand. hes explaining it too fast and i get lost with the position of the body + the hands and arms movements + the feet movement... if he'd slow down quite a bit i might get what hes trying to say :/ this isnt the only single whip movement ive seen on expert village, the other one sucked pretty bad too. they didnt even show the feet movement. :p

    There is always some bend left in the elbow. it is difficult to see because of the uniform but the elbows are not locked they are open.

  • of course theres no power if u use arm muscles & brute force. the trick lies in the very subtlties here and it should be full of expansive peng power. this posture utilizes alot of the basic 8 energies of taiji so unless u got the energies down properly at least to certain degree- hen theres not much power

  • There's no power in that much extension.

  • Excellent teaching style.  Are the arms supposed to be straight, or a little bend left in the elbow?
