Electric car parade in Oslo

Electric car parade in Oslo, 28th of august 2007, to protest against recently tightened practise of parking rules which 'overnight' forbad small vehicles to park sideways, something which would save a lot of parking space.

The parade was successful, and all parties and politicians agreed to adjust the rules back again, and even formalise the small (electric) car's right to park sideways and share parking spaces whenever it is safe to do so. The parade was organised by the norwegian electric car association (Norstart) and Elbil Norge (www.elbilnorge.no) the producer of the Buddy (former Kewet) electric micro cars for urban use.

For a second I thought they were CitiCars too. A closer look at the front shows they are not CitiCars. These actually seem to be a close clone of the CitiCar, and my guess not nearly as old as the CitiCar. Also Vanguard CitiCar only made a handfull of right hand CitiCars.

Those are CitiCars, I think. They were made from 1974 to 1977 in Sebring, Fl.
