  • ahhh! I love it! did you have to get new engine mounts for it? if so from where

  • i daily drive my 92jdm supra 1jzgtte stock twins 3" tanabe from stock catback. modded my downpipe too the cat 2.5". took out the gay fluid fan. runing dual flexalite's greddy intercooler, trust(greddy)intake, trust springs and bilstein struttts i love this car except when it rains :P i can slide all i want on dry pavement but in the rain its hard to keep it strait i might put my stock open diff back in

  • @AEdgar86 I've been using a 1jz as a daily driver since 2006......engine runs flawless but being an 87 supra I have to spend money maintaining other parts that are wearing out

  • Almost everything that fits on a 2jz motor will fit on 1jz like starter, timing belt, alternator, water pump, etc. They are technically the same motor with the 1jz having a shorter stroke which is why it's a 2.5l as appose to the 3.0l 2jz. So it's a a perfect motor for reliability, and big power. Matta fact I'm in the process of swapping one in my sc300

  • would anyone recommend having a 1jz on a supra for daily driving? i mean cuz arent parts hard to find for 1jz's?
