CN & VIA trains at Moncton & area August 7 2009

Plenty of trains caught in the area that day. Here's the list of all trains seen in this nearly 10 minutes video:

Train # 1: CN 305 passing by Berry Mills at 12:49pm after having a problem with the brakes, so the cars had to be cut down to approx. 159 cars. The power on this train is 5758 (SD75I), 2568 (C44-9W), 5732 (SD75I) & BCR 4646 (C44-9W).

Train # 2: VIA train 14 flies through Berry Mills 10 minutes after 305 rolled through Pacific Junction with a refurbished 6402 & 6442 (both F40PH-2s). This train will be seen again flying through Memramcook.

Train # 3: CN 474's power on Shop track 2 (or LX02) with 2435(C40-8M) & IC 1028 (SD70)

Train # 4: VIA 14 is caught a second time, this time crusing through Memramcook. The horn on 6402 is quite unit I find.

Train # 5: VIA 15 rolling through Marsh Junction right on time with 6400 & 6420 (both F40PH-2s). CN 407 was through here just before VIA 15, which is the next train seen after VIA 15.

Train # 6: CN 407 shunting it's cars in the siding as it's front end is at Gort. The power for this train is 8830, 8832 (both SD70M-2s) & 4727 (GP38-2).

Train # 7: As 407 has to pull ahead a good 30 cars or so, train 539 sits on the Franklin spur with 4810 & 4803 (both GP38-2W) along with GATX 17905 (Tank Car).

Train # 8: CN 406 returns from Saint John and is heading into R004 with 4772 (GP38-2W), 4708 (GP38-2) & 2417 (C40-8M) hauling a long 110 cars.

Train # 9: CN 308 enters Gordon Yard with 8859 (SD70M-2), 5269 (SD40-2W), 5671 (SD75I), 2652 (C44-9W) & 2232 (ES44DC). The 2 last units with go on either 406 or 408 the next day.

Train # 10 (the last train seen for today): CN 408 rolls through Memramcook as the thunder storm settles down with the same power as seen on 407 earlier today hauling everything but autoracks.

I've seen sd70m-2 #8830 at Darlington provincial park in Courtice, Ontario leading an intermodal on july 20th or sometime in the summer.
