@jefft2774 - I knew her personally at Harvard and despite being bright, she's no public figure and I think we can partly blame her mother. Jackie protected John and Caroline to a fault; C. clearly was not going to win a senate seat. She wouldn't/couldn't answer questions, she has always spoken in a monotone, she did the infamous "you know" et al. routine. Who wants a senator like this? She would have also been forced to divulge her private "ahem" and this she did not want publicized.

this is very sad...i would love to say she"s great...but unforntunately shes not her dad or uncle or even brother.....john f.kennedy and robert kennedy were killed for standing up for their beliefs and trying to do the right thing for not only themselves but for the american people....sadly the kennedy"s have lost their integrity and honor and have sold out to protect themselves....i guess i cant really blame them....
