Battlefield 3 SV98 vs. M40A5 vs. M98B. An in depth comparison of these three bolt action sniper rifles. I have all three unlocked and I believe that the ONLY real significant differences among them are the rate of fire and clip size. Yes there are damage differences, the M98B deals more damage, but not enought to make it a one hit kill to the body mass at 100 Health. Also Bullet drop is a small factor but anyone can learn how to use that drop to their advantage.

@kitches1991 the thing about M98B is the bullet drop, its easier to score headshots at 500m + without having to aim 10m over the enemy.

for better camping i choose M98B.. for quick scoping i use M40A5.
