Western Performance Cowhorse Riding Arena Construction & Installation

Overnight construction & installation of the high-performance western riding arena system ProEquus WE40. This warmup/practice arena was added overnight, right next to the competition arena. Installation was fast & easy, and the finished footing was superior to the main competition arena footing (which used the "old school" method: truck in clay & compact; truck in sand; level sand; drag sand; and after the event throw the arena footing away because the clay has become mixed with the sand).
Using the ProEquus WE40 system instead of the "old school" method:
(1) Lay the perforated/drainable mats on any stable surface, indoors or outoors,
(2) Add the correct type/size of sand footing;
(3) After the event or competition, simply uninstall the sytem and put it back into storage - or move it to another location permanently or temporarily - and reuse the entire arena base and sand footing endlessly.
Advantages:
(1) Much less clay & sand are required than the "old school" design;
(2) Performance Footing is superior to the old "compacted clay & sand" arena designs;
(3) The entire arena is completely re-usable, again and again;
(4) The entire arena may be setup in a few hours, overnight between events if necessary.
+ the entire arena may be setup indoors or outdoors, permanently or temporarily,
providing perfect, immediate drainage in the event of unexpected rainfall, tropical storms, or even typhoons (the case at the 2008 China Olympics in Hong Kong - which would have ruined any equestrian events if not for these high-drainage, high-performance, high-technology arena base systems).
