  • I can't even respond to that jibberish you spewed. Check you facts. Also take the hat off before you appear again so we can actually see you most of the time - and blow your nose. There was not one word of what you said that had any basis in fact or - in fact - had any basis in REALITY. Do you homework and let us know when you have checked back into reality.

  • i did a speech on this with the same facts and got an a+, what does that tell ya

  • dude you are the dumbest mother fucker on youtube... GO TWINS!! joe mauer for heisman

  • Ok. About the part when you talk about how they would do anything to get out of prison... Uh, YOU WOULD TOO IF YOU WERE ABOUT TO DIE!!!!!

  • A lot of you guys are acting like retards... he's just a kid. Not like he invested years of his life into research on the matter. Just shut the hell up. It's his right to voice his opinion - our constitution gaurontees that right. You're attacking him as if this was some important political campaign or propaganda intentionally made to change the law. It's not. I bet it's a project or something he had to do for school. Calm. The. Fuck. Down.

  • @Headhunter004 why put someone for life? i sincerely doubt the person would actually be stupid enough to choose life over death if it came down to it, why do you think last year 365 italian lifers made a petition asking their president to bring back the death penalty so that they can be executed?

  • @ultradumbass then you need to take account of the fact that in texas alone 124 people were released in that state alone, in illinois so many people were found innocent, some already executed that they had to abolish it, until recently states like texas had to find a guilty person innocent within 30 days or the sentence was irreversible, or in other words, even if you were found innocent but more than 30 days has gone by, the court has no choice but to keep the original sentence imposed.

  • fuck both you and the guy you're responding too are way off on this topic both for different reasons but since this is your video i'll focus on what you did wrong first, i am a canadian and study world laws and the stats show roughly 3% of americans sentenced every year are innocent, do the math. roughly 30,000 receive life sentences, most without parole (much longer than your 25 year sentence, got no idea where you got this from), this means 900-1,000 new lifers annually are in fact innocent.

  • @thman1234 I don't know about that... Tons of innocent people are executed year round, and even proved innocent later.

  • Life in prison, at average is $500,000. DP or death penalty, is $3.5 million dollars. You're just a kid. You need to learn to get your facts and actually have a valid argument.

  • @SamuraiX496 Tthey kill people as their punishment for the slaying they did to a horrable person, what if some one killed someone you loved?

  • THing is dont kill someone so you wont find youself in their position.

  • If you plan the entire slaying and kill of a innocent person, of a minnor, or anybody that you want to die, and you feel so glad that you did the crime, you may ask for forgiven by the man in the sky, butyou deserve to die, on way or another

  • You're stupid
