http://www.beadsunlimited.co.uk/ make a netted bracelet. For a basic bracelet, you will need 100 x 4mm faceted glass beads, 50 x 6mm faceted glass beads, 0.5mm clear elasticity. Start with about 1 metre of elasticity. If you use more it has a tendency to become knotted. You can always add more if needed, simply by knotting a new length to the end of the previous piece.
