This last Arnold Strongman Zydrunas did 535 lb altas stone for 3 reps, if he really put his mind to it and tested his 1rep max out I wouldn't be surprised if he could do a 585lb ATLAS STONE! could you imagine that? most people couldn't even deadlift that weight and f'ing zydrunas lifts 535-585 lb Atlas Stones to chest height.

i know of 4 pro people that can do a 500+ stone and the reason it seems like 365 stone in wsm is hard is its the last thing they do and they load 5 stone before they get to it

I was doing 320 stone in my 3rd strongman training and you say world best strongmans cant do 365? than you are idiot, sorry :)

that was a one stone run!!! anyone who does strongman knows that a series changes everything so you cant use that as an example....in fair thought i know i have seen a heavyweight pro strongman hit a 410 stone 6 times to a 60 inch box, and i myself as a light weight am have hit the 410 to a 48 inch box and loaded it in a 5 stone series also....so it a extremly possible!!!!! go read your flex mag and come back when your not a hater!!!!

ok rzb113 sounds like you dont know what your talking about....there are a few really big factors in there.....in the WSM they run a 5-9 stone series.....to high platforms/boxes........

Well in the WSM comps the atlas stones only go up to 365 pounds and lots of top competitors struggle with the weight. Hwats your take there/
