Never take advice from a person on steroids unless you plan on also taking steroids. Pull-ups, barbell curls, Rows... is all you need to do.

My biceps workout has become so much more productive after watching this video. The whole thing about engaging the biceps from a dead hang and then pull with your biceps. Awesome!!! This stuff really works. My BIs are sore after every workout!!!! Thank you Mr Vic!

@vbBegin1957 You should just go to gym 3 to 4 times. Like Monday Biceps triceps / W legs / Friday Pecs + back / Sunday Shoulders. + when you are training there is a certain peak that you are reaching to maximize the results if u go over it, its just useless. Maybe u can do 2 hours if you are on steroid but I doubt u are ( I used to do 2 hours too ) Learn from my mistakes. Thats what a train should be like : 15 mins of warm up/ 45 to 1 hour of train max.
