A short, quick video in which my head gets cut off more than I prefer, but also in which some important, useful information for all you puppy owners can be used to nip a common problem in the bud.
As stated, this is far from the only way of correcting play-biting, and does tend to be more effective on young puppies that are just starting to ponder the possibility of human skin being a lifelong toy. If you have an older puppy (14-16 weeks) with play-biting issues, other correction/redirection techniques can be introduced under the supervision of a trainer.
And as always, if you have an adult dog that still thinks teeth on human skin is a game or otherwise a daily part of life for any reason, please consult a results-based, balanced trainer.
Thanks for the information! Ill give this a try with my puppy.
He has been super hyper and biting!
