Deadbeat Dad's new girlfriend

The last time my ex-husband saw our children he drove drunk with them in the car, on a suspended license. That was seven years ago. We moved to another state 2 years ago and he threatened to have me arrested for kidnapping. He is a real gem. He has another son that he didn't tell his family about until 2008. Even though he took the DNA test in 2005. They don't want to hear it. He knew about that kid and chose not to tell them. The case number is Kern County S-1501-DA-777905.

I am not all about the money. I went with him and had his child support lowered by agreement between us TWICE. And he still chose to quit his job and live off of women. He was supposed to pay $830 and I had it lowered to $501.

Right now he and his girlfriend live on welfare and since he is on welfare they won't make him pay child support. He has a hurt knee and gets doctor notes so the welfare people don't make him look for a job. Its the perfect Catch-22.

Whatever. He would be fine if he would leave me alone but if you want to talk shit, then I am gonna put your business out there.

A visitor or the renter does not have any saying in kids, such as school, doctor, location aything what so ever.

My kids are 17, 15 and 15. They do refuse to see him or his enabling family. They remember every birthday party that he didn't show up to. The Christmas' that he spent getting drunk. They saw him beat up my best friend. They have lots of reasons not to see him. I have tried to get them to see their half brothers and they don't want to.
