Thanks for posting this. I'm a HUGE Mel (Brooks) fan. "The Producers" was made for very little money, but it has become a classic. Zero Mostel, Gene Wilder, Kenneth Mars, Dick Shawn, etc. were all excellent. Upon seeing it Peters Sellers took out full page ads in Variety and another trade journal praising the film.
