That is a monster gaming rig man ! Great job !
-
the stock cooler on the gulftown is a pretty capable piece of equipment and i do only very minimal overclocks with no voltage tweaks so i do not need a better cooler than this one. also the psu has been replaced by a corsair ax1200 psu. so the cable management thing is now far better since it is a totally modular beast.

Thats alright. Why don't you send me a report on it. I'm going back to watching videos.

search Harry Enfield Kevin

"Kevin"?
If I'm going down as a "padwan" for buying an aftermarket heatsinks, doing proper cable management, and getting a proper SSD. Then so be it.
-
lol no worrys Kevin
waffle brains never speak sense as they always think there the best at all.
Padwan stands.
-
Jealous? Hardly. I have the same processor. I was merely suggesting these things because it is what I have done with my system.
Your an idiot.
Go Fuck yourself "padwan"!
-
get off your jealous and give him thanks, even running a 4ghz it runs very cool on a heatsink unlike other clocked 4ghz i7 chips and there is room for improvement :) talking like that means you have a lot to learn padwan.
-
@JPL1982 At least do a little bit of cable management, the holes are there ready for you.
-
@Mhayde A woman, looks like man but with a wo, am I correct?!
-
we should do another short video to show the upgraded machine. much more brutal now. and it is not over. it is never over.
-
@JPL1982 and d'ont forget to mention corsair dominator gt 12 gigs ram kit. thank you jp for the tuning of the memory
All that money and you got a velociraptor and didn't do any cable management....weak.
If your gonna drop $1000 on a processor spend at least $50 more and get a decent heat sink. You gotta protect that investment. The cooler your CPU the longer its lifetime. Doesn't matter if you over clock or not that heat sink won't cut it.
You should be ashamed

@hempheadfor20
The fact is that the owner of this machine have put 2 Intel SSD 510 120Gb (Raid 0) instead of the Velociraptor. And the PSU has been replaced by a Corsair AX1200 and the CPU is now watercooled with a Corsair H70.

Hey, JPL1982, what do you think about those Kingston HyperX T1 RAM sticks? Are they any good?

@rock962000
Great triple channels memory kit. It runs at CL7 @ 1866mhz.
The only problem, the heatspreader are too tall. The owner of this machine bought a Cooler Master V10 CPU Cooler but it doesn't fit because of the ram heatspreaders.
