The ingredients are the same for pita breads. I like to serve these with soup. You can role out flat balls for pita breads. The key is to wait 10-15 min. for yeast mixture. 2 hours for dough to rise. After you knead or flatten out and beat up, shape and leave for another 30 min. to rise again. Oven is high (475F) to form the crust. Should cook quickly. On average 3 for white or 5 min golden. Wait for golden color for crispy. I also flip mine. Enjoy!
