Well, it's part of the Japanese culture. Japanese boys are extremely shy and easily embarrassed when it comes to even the slightest but of sexual things. They usually aren't that open about it either. That's was the whole point of the video.
I've read one previous reply about "why didn't he just masturbate as it would be more suiting". I hate to say it, but only people who think with their dicks instead of their brains would say something like that.

@bakudandanLL It only does this in Safari. Something with YouTube as a few other videos of mine do the same thing.
In Firefox it plays just fine.
