hi mate,
hopefully the replacement will fix the issue :D
in the meantime, get some paper towel and wipe all the connections to remove any dirt.........use your nail to get all the dirt from the threads too
any dirt on the connections can cause problems so its definitely worth a try ;)
cheers

Hi, yeah I does it when there is a new cart in there. I think its a connection problem, was fiddling with it all yesterday and it works after unscrewing the battery and screwing it back on a few times, then if I unscrew it and screw it back on again it doesn't work. Really annoying as I didn't have one cigarette when I get it working. I have requested a replacement so fingers crossed when I get the new one. Thanks for your advice, Hannah.

ps......if you have some e-liquid then add a drop or 2 directly to the atomiser and then put on a fresh cart.......this will help with the wicking process by adding a small reserve of e-liquid.
if you still have problems then contact me via PM..........there is only so much i can write in the youtube comments box ;)
cheers

hi hannah,
are you letting the atomiser run too dry? remember that the carts are very small and are roughly the equivalent of around 3 - 4 cigarettes at best........place a fresh cart on the atomiser and then let it stand upright for as long as possible to help transfer some juice from the cart to the atty. once done you should be able to vape normally provided you replace / refill the cart more often

Hey Scott, I received my e cig 084 yesterday. After putting it on charge it took ages for it to produce any vapour. This morning after charging I put a new cartridge in it,same thing, took ages to start vaping. This is my first e cig and I'm not sure whether I'm doing anything wrong.I am disappointed, was thinking what the hell am I going to do in the morning when I have to rush out to work,I usually just spark one up,but this I have to wait 10yrs for it to do anything!Appreciate any advice.Hannah
How long does those atomizers last? :)

hi mate,
all atomisers (regardless of make and model) usually have a life span of around 4 weeks on average.......its not impossible for an atomiser to last longer though ;)

Scott, I bought a DSE084 and have had trouble with it. The atomizer works but I get very little vapor from it. Any ideas what might be wrong with it?

hi mate,
it could be that the atomiser is running dry. if you have some e-liquid then add 2 drops directly to the atomiser and then put on a fresh cart, but if you dont have any then put on a fresh cart and leave your e-cig standing upright (cart end up) for a few hours / overnight. once the atty has built up a small reserve of juice then it should start performing better ;)
cheers
