beef wellington FAIL

was trying to make the Gordon Ramsays famous beef wellington recipe, i dont eat ham and i dont like rare meat so i had to make some modifications.. it wasnt a total fail though, it tasted pretty good

maybe a little bit over cooked the beef but i wouldn't say is a fail... it looks good and good job!
