  • Oh and by the way I can provide you with my debit card receipts for that month that shows I spent $168.24 in YOUR RIGHTEOUS ALL SAINTS CAFE. AND YES I AM CALLING YOU A LIAR

  • I I'm working at a Temp agency. (Give it a try, mister "homeless entrepreneur", instead of asking customers for donations. ) By the way, there are still homeless customers that are welcome at All Saints. I see and talk to them all the time. The only ones who have been banned are rule-breakers, like THIS guy, and one who assaulted a Barista. Rules are rules. Don't pull the race card OR the class card. Viewers: Don't let one bitter banned-guy tarnish a wonderful, ecclectic local business.

  • And if I sound too educated to be homeless, that's because not all homeless people are dumb, lazy, dirty or the scum of the earth. Some of us have college degrees, where professionals, and had very normal lives before circumstances changed that. It is people like you who fuel the negative sterotypes that make it easy for people to discriminate against those who are less fortunate.

  • Go back and look at the flyer. Non of my fliers asks for money. They simply tell you about the show. And I never panhandle. My money comes from advertisers. The money raised by the sponsorship program goes to other homeless individuals in need. However you have given me a great idea for the new format. Tune in Sat June 6th. Thank You!

  • Yes, you did. You did walk up to a bunch of us handing out flyers asking for money. Is that how you get around panhandling, by putting it on paper instead of asking directly? Rules are rules, and you broke them.

  • 1st of all the man was me. 2nd I have never walked up to anyone in my life and asked for money. 3rd My laptop with a webcam was purchased with money I earned while working 12 hr days as a form carpenter before the company laid off 50 plus employees due to the economic crisis.

  • I'm a frequent customer at All Saints, and I was there when this man was walking around asking people for money. I'm a white female as well, and I would've been kicked out if I did what he did. The rules were clear at All Saints, and were even painted on the door until a weed-wacker shattered it, that you can't go around asking for money. And by the way, I find it interesting this homeless guy has film equipment and a laptop.

  • Thank you so much for your comment. I too hope it was an isolated incident. And thank you for following the show.

  • I've never been this place, and I certainly don't have any desire to visit after hearing of your mistreatment. It is my hope that this was an isolated incident involving one ignorant employee who really didn't take the time to think her actions through. But I can't help wondering how the situation might've played out differently had you been wearing a business suit, or had it been me, a white female, sitting there. Somehow, I just don't believe EVERYbody gets such poor service.
