The story of a man named Roman who gained fame during World War 2 as an underground fighter and nemesis of the Japanese army. He gained the monicker "Rapido" meaning fast gun.

After the war he decided to lead a quiet life but his past life catches up to him and with nowhere to go, he fights back to survive.

Here Da King co-starred with TV Drama Host Helen Vela and the children of "Basang Sisiw" movie, Julie Vega, Sheryl Cruz and Janice de Belen.
