  • @VerystrangeMaster A 175lb male would have to run 5 minute mph pace for 1 hour strait to get 1500 cal per hour. A 300lb man would still have to run 8.5 mph pace for 1 hour strait to get that. Your gym is lying to you. They can easily adjust settings on machines, which they WILL do.

  • Well, I run 6 miles every other day and 7 minute pace. I weigh 175 and its impossible for me to gain or LOSE weight. And no... You don't lose muscle, if you eat right. The only people who lose muscle mass by running are extreme long distance runners. You can't give cardio your own definition and then tell people its bad. Oh and hes trying to sell shit at the end. Extremely bad advice all around.

  • I didn't understand why people hate this video..... then I saw the end. Everyone's got to make money, but I still don't like it. I will say the old videos made by this guy helped me get in crazy shape though. But I didn't buy anything.

    & It's true, you're not going to get a sixpack if you've never had one before by running on a treadmill for 2 hours. You gotta do suicides or play some hardcore basketball. Nothing has to be work, but it does have to be intense. & start slow plz - don't hurt urslf
