Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, now go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!

u can i did.....get a smartphone or any phone that can hold mp3 files, go to youtubetomp3 convert this to a mp3 file, put it on your phone , set your alarm to "sound file" chose this as the soundfile

I wanna just say, I'v had the DVD Rocky Balboa for a while and never got round to watching it til this afternoon... I didn't think I would get that amazing emotional feeling that the other Rocky films gave me especially as he was in his prime and the fights were electric man !!! But Fuck me all that emotion came racing back as i watched up to the build up to the fight, his son there and Boy was i jumpin off the edge of my seat... !!! Well done Sylvester Stallone 'It aint over 'til its over !!!
