Moog Prodigy Analog Synthesizer from the year 1979

The Moog Prodigy was my first Moog and one of my first synths ever.
The sound is fantastic analog dry and powerfull. I love the Prodigys incredible sync-sounds. For me the best oscillator sync sound next to the ARP Odyssey. The Prodigy is perfect for very nice bass and lead sounds. For me one of the best monophonic analog synths ever.

  • This is what modern music needs. Some proper raw analog sounds.

  • This is what the Prodigy named themselves after :D

  • @Rowdyrecords55 I think that was a minimoog, if I can recall the liner notes from the disc/vinyl.

  • Great stuff mate! Just wondering, how did you do the arpeggiated bits? Via an added MIDI port?

  • @DIGITALSCREAMS DeadMau5 is using some modern analog synths in some of his albums... mainly modular synths..

  • How much is this I'm think about purchasing one

  • The leg.

  • Is this the one Geddy Lee used in "The Trees" ?

  • Idk why, but the 3rd settings reminds me from joli dragon.

  • Oh god that's awesome.
