you are the one that is stupid Mythic acquired the license for Warhammer online on May 18, 2005 that is just a few months after WoW was released and way before they knew of it was a success or not.

The UI, only the minimap and ur char's hp and ap is similar, and that glowing effect lol, but that's it..

Gameplay, warhammer is all about pvp with some PvE, and WoW has some PvE with some PvP.

Again on the graphics, still everything in-game is from warhammer's art style, the engine is a better version of the engine from DAoC, and DAoC(2001) came out before WoW. Which is also a game from Mythic.

By saying graphics i dont mean the art design, but the graphics engine which is similiar.

Also ,about the UI, if you notice that middle purple button and those little ones higher they have 2 yellow glowing lights making circles around the spell.This effect was made back on warcraft 3 in 1995 to make the spell auto repeatable

I don't think the UI is that similar, and you can fully customize it.

Don't really know about gameplay.

And graphics come from art style.

Which is all from the warhammer world.
