yes not everyone took them but if just 6 years ago you were in the MLB and they told the entire league that if you take steroids, theres no penalty, who wouldnt want to be better? its bud seligs fault for not taking action sooner about steroids cause players thank they are aloud and who wouldnt have take roids if there was no penalty for it, meaning 'yes go ahead and take them' same DOESNT go for bonds or clemmons as they lied
