tracking devices have big up and down.. up :they will "try" to lock on to your signal when you are in need of help. that's why we have towers allover. down..if you are a fugitive or a convicted felon or one who violated a law in any matter.. "goodluck" wahahah

Who cares if your being "tracked"... we can't leave the planet, we're all trapped on this dirt ball called planet earth, there is no place to go at all! destination and freedom are human concepts which do no exist, we only think they do exist in order to give ourselves a false sense of control and independence from each other.
