No he left a year after LSU won the National Championship, however he left for the NFL. He obviously is not going to go back to an NFL team and if he wins a National Championship at Alabama there will not be another job better in College Football. Just no logic to him leaving Alabama.

All depends when that title comes. If it is within the next 5 years, I doubt he would leave after a championship.
He doesn't really have anywhere else to go until he retires. So it all depends on the timing.
