He said, she said guys... lets give props to the guy that actually has a Desmosedici on the track and extra points for pushing to the pace of the 996R rider (props to him as-well).
For all we know they are buds and Desmosedici rider is content on following the R rider with his vid-cam.

@joshnietzsche or maybe you're just a good rider.... hahaha... you can have the desmo RR that has 200hp at the wheel... however if you can't handle it then it's a different story it all intels on the rider. ;)

just check the RR's rev counter and you'll all see he's only on half throttle.

the 996 just has around 120hp and the desmo has 200+ you can tell who would have won if it was a race before the video if it was a race though. the 996 is an old bike to now

996 driver is better, yes because is desmosedici is the best bike in a world!!!!!

@Vilas30 It actually all boils down to the riders... Had they switched places, the 996 rider on the RR would have been even farther ahead than the RR rider on the 996.

I cannot believe nobody has commented on this. The 996R had the RR for a snack. However, the Desmosedici has more to loose in a spill than the 996R. I have a 996S and keep up with the 1098 guys all day long. Like the saying goes... its more fun to ride a slow bike fast tan to ride a fast bike slow.

Come si fà a correre a Tsukuba con due moto del genere? Sono moto con tanti cavalli che devono correre in veri circuiti (Mugello Barcellona ecc..) non in un parcheggio!
