@qpwillie You are correct, it is in the first ammendment to the Constitution which is in the Bill of Rights (1791).

i believe what the TEA Party says. the current Republican Party and Democrat Party need to all be voted OUT - along with that insane Michelle Bachmann - and be replaced with a whole NEW cast of characters that can fix the economy, deal with immigration, improve national security, take a libertarian approach to social issues and the environment and so on, altogether as ONE representative Congress.
