On "The Gayle King Show," Oprah gave the inside word on her interview with Rielle Hunter. Despite how the mother of John Edwards baby has been portrayed in the media, Oprah describes Hunter as "no floozy." For more information and a free trail, go to http://www.siriusxm.com/oprahradio

  • @bholyway If she's a tramp than what about John Edwards? As a married man with a family, he CHOSE to have an adulterous affair, even with the knowledge that his wife was suffering from cancer. That makes him much more of a jerk than Rielle, wouldn't you say?

  • This Rielle is a homewrecker. Plain and simple. She destroyed a family.

  • -1 for Oprah.

  • Gayle you are on the rigfht track. Oprah is out of touch. How would she know she has never been married? Oprah sure is selling that there are no moral absolutes. I hope your not buying that....

  • Carnal lust is a strong force. Infidelity is a law of our culture for a reason - shalom in the home.

Meeting a public persona in the flesh is always a strong sensation so her justification that this was a gift given to her is poor.

  • I wish John would have waited but they may have fallen in love with each other and could not contain themselves or he could have been missing something in his marriage

  • Elizabeth Edwards told her daughter in a "dying letter" that she should not "marry the first boy you date." Apparently Elizabeth knows little to nothing about choosing a husband. Hope Cate goes with her own instincts and not her mother's. Her mother obviously chose the wrong person. To me, John Edwards sounds like nothing but a self-centered egomaniac. Perhaps he wasn't always like this, but alas, that's how he ended up.

  • @dancebaby808 What kind of moral theory is that? So if you're single and get involved with a married person, you're then somehow less culpable than the scum of a husband/wife you're involved with!! You are a very morally bankrupt person!! I will be praying for you. I fear for all who associate with you in your daily life!! You are one of the reasons the Western world is going to hell in a hand basket. There is now all kinds of excuses for bad behavior. We need a moral reawakening!!

  • oprah is on crack

  • Oprah needs to stop being so p.r. about it. Keep it real. The bitch is a air-headed homewrecker, John is stupid, and Elizabeth is suffering.

  • Banking on sins of the worldliness and its pangs wont get any one person a ticket to heaven except to be judged by God to Helter-Skelter as Jesus Christ wont be at their side when they Go before Gods Judgement he will say to them when they call out : The cock crowed three times & you denied me , So I do not know you ! Other wise Jesus Christ will be their as our lawyer Standing before That Geat Judgement Day
