This is Windows 3.11 running on Playstation 2 through standalone x86 Bochs 2.3.5 emulator. Standalone means it dosen't need Linux OS to run!
You can also run other systems. I've tried Windows 95, It took like 25 minutes to boot it, but it was working ;)

I really doubt it would be usefull as it's not deamon of speed. It's more like proof of concept. Other consoles like PSP already have x86 emulators, so why PS2 shoudn't have one? ;)
I don't host any disk images, so don't ask me about Windows 3.11 image. I'm pretty sure you will easily find one in google, though.

@k4rasQ And upgrading ramchip(it's a chip)to 128 makes it to run even Windows 98 SE (no LITE)

Oh yeah, I used to do this all the time.
It's slow and a pain in the dick but it's more for the novelty I think.

@pHr33kAcHu Yes it will work faster. Also XBOX has 64 MB memory so newest and faster version of Bochs should be possible to run.
