@fairiegirlga Depends on how heavy eaters they are. I use 1/4 pound per person if they are light eaters, 1/2 pound if they are regular eaters and 3/4 pound per person if it is my family.

Great recipe - Canadian style pork with apples......I like to saute apple wedges or slices to serve alongside pork roast. I would use thyme & garlic, salt & pepper rather than the Italian seasonings but that would work also. Thanks. Looking forward to viewing the rest of your vids. All the best !

I use the Italian seasonings to make it easy for the audience my vids are for. If I am making it with time, I use fresh sage leaves and fresh thyme. MMMM. If I am going really fancy, I core apples not quite all the way through and fill them with orange juice rum and brown sugar and bake them with the roast for the last 1/2 hour in a casserole dish. MMMM too!
