Pretty sure she was referring to his musical talent. Everyone knows he was a scumbag, and you didn't even mention his ties to the mafia, drugs, etc. We can acknowledge that he was a bad person, but still enjoy his music, which is phenomenal. The list of pop musicians with a voice equaling or surpassing his is damn short
