Nice video ! I have the same glidecam and camcorder but I can't balance it a all. How did you made your ideal setup ? Home many counter weights did you use ? I appreciate any help ! Thanks

ELAJUSTADOR, the easiest way to balance the glidecam is to not have too much weight (washers or whatever) on the bottom. The common problem is too much weight which causes the camera to swing to much. Try less weight, and then use the ability to slide the mechanism up and down until it is balanced. Just fine tuned mine this weekend using this method and it is way smooother now. I thought it was already fine but I removed half the weight and now it is perfect. Good luck

I actualy learned by watching how to videos here on youtube. It can be tricky but once you get the hang of it you'll have alot of fun.
