BK- Thank you for introducing me to Farndurk's work! This pedal sounds AMAZING! Great squeeze and bite on that beauty. Goodbye to my Boss CS-3! I will definitely be ordering a Burgs Comp in the coming weeks......In fact, after checking their site, the M9 looks very enticing.....hmmm, decisions.

yeah it sounds like an extra good orange squeezer. I have to say the sex drive seems a lot more versatile, though, and certainly more transparent. obviously this thing gives more compression, when needed.

with the sensitivity low and the output high can this thing act as a decent volume boost (i dont want much squash or change in EQ, just a little sustain and a clean volume boost), or would i be better off looking at the durham SD?

@aektzis91 YES! And that's exactly what I've been using it for. That and a little sustain. You hit the Burgs nail right on the head, sir. Please give my regards to Brian Cale when you hassle him :)
