It is just people are incredibly stupid when it comes to simple science, What is a basic fact to scientists,non-scientific people who hear these basic facts for the first time think they are radical theories. You are going to hear a lot more about the RATE OF CHANGE that humans are having on this planets environment. The truth is nature cannot keep pace with THE RATE OF CHANGE humans are inflicting on this planet and a mass extinction is occurring and will continue to devastate the earth

So. I dont understand why people think David Suzuki is a crook or an alarmist. Even if his theories are proved wrong, all his efforts are into making the Earth a better, more environmentally friendly place to live. THATS ALL. IT DOESNT MATTER IF HIS THEORIES ARE RIGHT OR WRONG (Though they are right). The outcome is a better planet no matter if what he says is right or wrong.
