Running under the lights at Atlanta during the season-ending NAPA 500 after numerous rain delays, Morgan Shepherd, driving the #8 Chevy for the Stavola Brothers in what would be that team's final race, slams the outside wall after making contact with Jeff Gordon, who attempted to storm by and take the sixth position.

  • if anyone has seen morgan's pit crew live you know it should win fastest pit crew of the year

  • @clk430coupe Wasn't even Gordons fault. Morgan's dumbass squeezed him into the turn and put himself into the wall.

  • @clk430coupe Forgiven him for WHAT? Morgan Shepherd clearly pinched him down. It's amazing that even to this day, some people so blindly hate Jeff Gordon that it distorts their perception of reality.

  • he was racin' with jesus that day....

  • Man, I loved that whole day, when the turned the lights on at Atlanta it was the absolute best way to close out the 1998 season and the best season of Jeff Gordon's career.

  • Morgan was doing great. I remember that race it had rained all day, which was why it was night time, great race.

  • jeff boredon sucks anyways
