Public Service Announcement for Bilingual Education

I did this for a government class at school. It's a public service announcement to support bilingual education. A loud crowd is talking while a Hispanic man is trying to ask for assistance. He says "Excuse me, Sir. Excuse me, Sir" and then "I need help with my car, sir." However no one helps. Support bilingual education. Our ancestors were immigrants, and new to this country. We have an influx of new people every day. Just remember that we are not the only one's on this planet and we must look out for all American citizens regardless of language preference.
