Hi OfraFan This is a very lovely song in Arabic Yemenite accent, it's one of the Ofra's most famous hit in the arab world, it's a folklore in Yemen & also in Kuwait.

Can you give use some interesting musical details about this european tour of Ofra Haza in 1990 ? quality and choice of songs, musicians and arrangements, places of concerts (Paris ?), quality of audiences, Ofra herself...

For me the best live performance of Ofra, and one of the best ever recorded in Montreux (also Nina Simone in 1976).

And what about your own career, I suppose as jazzman ?

Thanks, alas, I can't pay you. Who are you ? At the middle, Ofra Haza presents the musiciens.

Because the whole orchestra is very good, it sounds acoustic jazz, the arrangements are rich. Much better than many other records made in Israel or elsewhere with artificial sound reverb. I think that Festival of Montreux was a marvellous place event if the swiss public looks to placid.

I am one of the musicians in this video. It was the final performance on a European tour with Ofra...All the musicians gave their all to her...we loved her...she was an angel. BUT WE WERE ALL RIPPED OFF! Bezalel Aloni is the manager of Ofra Haza. He has been spinning his nasty, evil deceit worldwide He has never paid any musician on this performance DVD. . He's a cheap two bit crook...I want to be paid...but he runs and hides under a rock...

I have found the DVD yesterday in Paris as I was looking for a CD of Ofra Haza and there was nothing else.

The DVD is really wonderful from the begining to the end with the dramatic Kaddish. Her voice is so beautiful, she looks so pretty, and the musiciens are so good.
